Absolute unhelpful service at Tzaneen depot

We have an order nr ***9 that we requested to collect from the depot tomorrow. Spoke to the Rep, Dlunizani, who referred us to Pristin, who then referred is to Denzel *** who does not even bother to answer his cell. We collected the order 3 weeks ago with minimal issues, but today we run into a brick wall. The payment clearance took too long to clear. The funds is in the account. The reasoning for the delay is unacceptable, as we were allowed to collect previously, and now it is sudeb]nly an issue.
