SABD robbing our people blind.

In December 2019 I notice a deduction of R205 with a reference of NPWEST. I did not no the transcation and upon investigation, which too almost the whole of January 2020 I was informed given a number by my local bank Nedbank. i called the given number where I was given another number. called that number where I was given the number of SABD. SABD asked me for my ID number to verufy that they are speaking to a legit client and informed me that the R205 was for a funeral policy I signed up for. I vehemently disputed this as I am already sufficiently covered. I requested the documents I signed for this police but nothing is forthcoming. I also request to know who the beneficiary of the policy is...(no reply). i called SABD approximately 7 times in an effort to have the debit order stopped and my money refunded. I was requested to submit proof of the deductions by sending my bank statement. I did this but conveniently it never seems to reach them. I was informed that the debit was stopped in Feb but in March the deduction went off again.The one gentleman who always answers the phone ended up throwing the phone down in my ear today (6March2020). I dont get answers and also no refund to date.
