Disgusting Service

Is there a negative star review for them? They utterly ruined the MSC Cruise experience for us. I wish I could inform MSC directly of how they ruin experiences for travellers.

Their staff are beyond rude, they have no intent to assist with any information at all. Even after I requested to rather deal with someone else, Crystal & Allison both lacked any and all customer satisfaction priorities. Apparently EVERY mail goes to spam/junk except for the payment emails. (very ironic).

They did not send our tickets. They did not respond to any of my mails regarding "Easy Board", nor did they register our disabilities, if anything they embarrassed us at Port. DO NOT go through this agency.
