Sassa R350 grant

My name is Irina Phiri, I am 19 years old. I have a problem with South African Social Security Agency. I have been trying to apply for Sassa R350 grant online and it been saying failed. I never registered for it before so I am wondering why is it saying "failed". I need y'all help please .
