Poor service and did not compete the contracted work

Background: Found the company on PV Green Card registration site. They provided a turnkey service, including provision of engineering documents for application with the CoCT/Eskom. Installation work was completed by their sub contractor. CoC issued (luckily).

The issue: SAIEC did not provide such after completion of the service. SAIEC do not know the energy registration process, and what is required for the process. SAIEC sent me forms to fill out for CoCT, even though I mentioned to them that our house is supp**** directly by Eskom.

For a year I have been contacting them to get the neccessry paperwork. In January 2024, I received a letter indicating that the company is restructuring. Today I tried to contact them and found out that their phone has be disconnected, and emails are all bouncing back.

https://pvgreencard.co.za/ still indicates SAIEC as a registered company for PV installations. So please people be ware as just because Installers are registered with some sort of validation company they can still disappear on you without completing the full scope of the contract.
