Shocked Student

I have had nothing, but poor services from SAIM....I hated it to study through SAIM & was eager to get this course finished. Always struggled to get through telephonically, promises were made, but were never met. Applications was completed upon registration for exams, but yet the confirmation address was in a total different area.

Upon writing Exams, on the day - the venue was not informed & I was told that I won't be able to write....SAIM had to send Exam Papers on the day for 3 subjects. I started half an hour later then the expected Examination times. This happend at 2 occasions. My certificate of completion was received with the wrong details....a 2nd request was send for the correct course studies, yet when the second one arrived after fighting with them for 2 days, the certificate was damaged....

I will suggest that any student that would want to register for this course, should rather study through ICM upon doing the Business Management Course.
