DELAYED HORRIBLE SERVICE!

<p>I've been waiting for my certificate and diploma for the past year now, they said they would get back to me as to when the graduation ceremony would take place but till today they haven't and eevrytime i call them they are of no use at all! they either do not answer their calls or when they do they do not have a proper answer for you. if you send them an email they would not respond to it!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
