Poor service to customers

Morning I saw couches on special from a company called South Africa Furniture Retail Park at 4B Chadwick Avenue, Wynberg, Johannesburg. I made a deposit of R7000 for a purchase of coaches amounting to R19 998 in August 2018. I was inform that the couches will be available in six weeks, six weeks elapsed without them arriving and no communication was made. This week is the ninth week and no one informed me of any delay of the item purchased and had already bought the item somewhere else, since i was moving toa new house. I was only told today the 31st of October 2018, since I last paid the deposit on the 30th of August 2018. I wrote them an email on the 31st of October 2018 requesting for the refund and till today i haven't received any response.
