Never again I will buy from South Africa Depot

I ordered one item from South Africa Depot and there was no feedback on my order after I send them an email and a WhatsApp they reply by saying my parcel is out on delivery. I put my address correctly in on my order and when I got the confirmation from the courier to my astonishment the address they put on the parcel was totally wrong. I live in Deben in the Northern Cape and the address for my Delivery is in Hankey in the Eastern Cape. I send them emails and WhatsApp messages but I do not get any feedback regarding the issue with the incorrect address. There is no contact number where I can phone them on the website just email and WhatsApp number. I am struggling with the courier to get my parcel delivered to me. That was my husband's birthday gift and it is already over a week after his birthday and still no parcel.
