Never paid the thermostat we had to replace

Must stay 1 night at Bulawayo because a faulty thermostat on the land rover. We paid the thermostat , transport and labour + accommodation for 1 night with Carel Pinaer agreement but this guy never refund anything about these 2 bills( 292 usd + 336 usd) . Still waiting the refund after 2 years. Be cautious with this guy. He is a *****.
