Lies and excuses for non payment

I hired a fully equipped Land Rover for a period of 35 days last November. numerous faults at start of hire, gearbox seized after 5 days, had to hire other vehicle at my cost, Carel promised to reimburse. Gearbox still faulty on arriving in Cape Town, spent my money getting it sorted, again Carel promised to repay. The supp**** fridge u it packed up in Kalahari, lost all food and had to cut short holiday. Again a promise of reimbur*****t.<br> Over R12000 I have spent, holiday ruined, was supposed to be special 40th anniversary holiday.<br> Despite repeated calls and texts he keeps promising to pay but it is all lies.<br> Don't use they are a *******.
