False advertising of inferior product and refusing refund

I absolutely despise having to resort to posting on facebook, On the 5th of November I placed an order with Source Printing for, what they advertised as sublimation towels on their website and immediately made payment of the R2800.00 due. I was however so disappointed when I received the order as these were by no means a towel. You will note from the pictures posted that their "towel" only has towelling on the one side and the other side seems to just be a flat white polyester. I have tried to address my dismay with this order in a decent manner and have tried to return the product, but they just kept having excuses. I even pointed out to them that in terms of the Consumer Potection Act it is my right to return the goods for a full refund especially since I ordered it online and had not been able to view it prior to making the purchase. I am now simply being ignored even after offering to foot the bill of the courier to return the inferior product to them. I have no use for these so called "towels" and simply could not give my client this ridiculous excuse of an towel and as the due date for my client's order drew near I had no other alternative but to source an actual towel from a different supllier in order to fulfill my client's order and I am now R2800 out of pocket for an excuse of an towel that Source Printing refuses to take back and refund me for. This may not sound like a huge amount of money, but for my little side hustle it most certainly is and could maje or break my little business. Whatever you need, DO NOT order anything from Source Printing. It is these huge companies that destroy the livelihood of our small businesses, where every cent pays for school fees, food on the table and clothes on our children's backs.

Below is an extract of one my emails to them after their ridiculous excuses:

"Nowhere on your website does it state that these “towels” are only towelling on one side of the product (and is not the quality I or my client were looking for). You can see the clear difference between your product and other product below:

With reference to your comment: “previously they are produced/cut and manufactured to size as orders are received. However, as noted in our policy, we typically do not offer refunds for items of this nature that have been delivered, especially when additional accommodations were made, such as providing complimentary delivery across provinces for this order.” Nowhere on your website does it state that this product is “made” to order” and they are sold as bulk items in packs of 20."

It has been noted that these towels have in the meantime been removed from their website!
