Upset buyer for soukop property group.

Hi I have been on the net looking to purchase the right property i contacted an agent by the name of sheila jevon i went through and liked the property i then had my friend negotiate the price she agreed then i have been calling her for the papers to sign not knowing she had me like a back up plan she kept on making me to call her but she was so un proffesional so rude i did call her head office and spoke to the managers daughter but no feed back yet i am still upset about the experience she made me feel so little by not being open about the property i will not deal with this agency again if one person can be un professional about her job i wonder about the experience of the company.
