Do not purchase car radio receivers from them

Purchased a new JVC KD-R856BT from them last year September and radio was faulty 2 months later. They took it back for repairs. Was without a radio for 2 months. They re-installed radio and still wasn't working. Didn't have a radio a few weeks more then was given a downgrade radio. Jason Marks **** telling me it was a newer model. A week later that replacement radio also went faulty. Asked for a refund which he refused. Jason still argued it wasn't a downgrade so I showed him specs between the 2 radios and clearly replacement was missing some features plus a remote. Jason offered to install a Pioneer \8650"to come back 2 days later for him to install. When I arrived he presented me a pioneer \""4650\"" and I never accepted it as it wasn't what we agreed on"
