Worst Service Ever SoundTech Westgate Mall!!

I bought a Mi-TV stick at soundtech westgate mall on the 1 November 2020, it stopped working and overheating in my TV to the point where you cant remove it in 6days. On the 10 November 2020 i returned it for replacement or refund, i was told its not their problem its the supplier and they will send it off to the supplier on the Monday 16 Nov and call me after. No call made to me, the 19th i called for an update, the guy Imtiyaaz was confused himself to explaining the policy. He then told me that the guy who deals with this is not there which i know his there as i walked pass the shop 20mins prior to calling. He tells me i must wait 21 days for the supplier, i then ask what if that does not happen he replies then there is nothing they can do."Wait What" i paid R1000 returned in 10days due to issue with the product. And you cant help. worst service i received ever. I asked if they can replace it he say no that will depend on the guy he said is not there. I will never ever buy there again, most pathetic service ever.
