Terrible after sales service

I bought a TV box from Soundtech in Vangate Mall. I had it less than 2 months & it stopped working. I took it into to Promenades Branch, because it was closer to me. I was told that they have to send it to the Manufacturer, & it would take approx. 21 days before I have an outcome on how the matter will be resolved. They used one of their store power supplies to check it that was possibly faulty. I was told they are doing me a FAVOUR as I bought it at a different Branch. About a week or 2 later I get a call from Soundtech, I can collect my item as they found the power supply faulty. their batch they had in store was also faulty when they checked it instore. I was told the power supply is not part of the warranty therefore I will need to buy 1. I went off at them & immediately went to collect it, as I just happen to pull up at the Mall at the time. They then just gave me a new power supply. I will NEVER buy from Sountech again, as their after Sales service is disgusting!!!1
