Terriable customer service and leadership
<p>Complaint;</p> <p>I bought earphones from sound tech and paid R50.00 for it, the earphones broke the next day and they weren't willing to refund replace it they rather said that they will fix it. As a consumer, we would believe that not only is the sale important but the after sale as well and I have learnt something o sound tech, that they will rather retain an R50.00 and loose an everlasting customer.</p> <p><br />The lady helped me was like a robot with no empathy, the lead in the store doesn't even seem to be interested as he cant be bothered about what I am saying he rather push me aside to ring up more sales and wasn't even bothered about me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Soundtech, if this is how you treat your customer gues what it won't be for long as the staff was laughing in the store and gentlemen told me you no what every time I enter sound tech I never purchase anything I only browse because I had a similarly experience and the products are inferior he told me that everything and more you can purchase your self online just download and app called "wish" you'll get the products for half the price.</p> <p>If you wondering which sound tech this is guys, it's Vangate Mall. I recommend that we do not support these type of stores that don't have the customer interest at heart. How many customer's will experience this and be cheated over there hard working money I already got my entire house not to buy from them let the population grow guys, I mean if you aren't able to replace earphones to the value of R50.00 and laugh at the customer when saying we cant replace this we need to send it to the technician then why should we support you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please send the lady Tharwa and all your other staff including your managment for training as you got a lot to learn about Customer satisfaction and providimng that WOW experience to the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's been over a week and nobody has contacted me from the store, how is that possiable the store is a joke.</p> <p>Download the app "Wish" and let's not support this sound tech ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p>my contact detailes below:</p> <p> ********** 008/ ********** 594</p>
