Soundtech:the Tv is on but no sound coming through.

On the 05/03/2021 my mom went to replace her battery in her car key for her vehicle.

The job was done very quickly.

She then went to her vehicle (Mitsubishi asx).The doors is central locking, so the door opened up but the key in ignition did not work.

Luckily she had the spare key on her so she could drive the vehicle. She is 64 years old so if she did not have the key one can only imagine what could of happen.

On the 09/03/2021 my mom went to the dealer because she though there was a problem with the key.Dealer opened the key to find out chip is missing.

She went back to the soundtech they told her, the person that did the job was not available.(If lies had a name it would be this company) they were going to get back to her,which they never did.

She went back on 11/03/2021 spoke with Akeel he advised her the person that worked with the key will only be available the next day.

12/03/2021 she phone again (this was where ub40 was playing promises and lies.) 13/03/2021 she was told the person that did the job was now at promenade, when she phone they told her there is no guy by that name (These people cannot even lie properly or consistently)

15/03/2021 she went again to westgate soundtech again insisting to watch the footage, the footage clearly shows that the person that did the job removes the chip puts it on a white piece of paper and forgets to put it back.

So soundtech is clearly at fault same day Akeel calls my mom to inquire of the make and model of car because, they were going to replace the key.

17/03/2021:they had no update she gets told the guy that did the job has no money,this is where I am laughing as I suppose she paid the guy for the job. Where have you heard such hogwash I can just imagine, if we owed them money if they would take that monopoly card (if we told them we do not have money)

19/03/2021 she called on 5:00pm they still trying to get quotations. They will call back. 24/03/2021 she calls there head office, explains situation they will solve the problem,also requests the make and model of car. 25/03/2021 she calls again still busy investigating(this is like the tribunal now) 30/03/2021 calls again manager, manager assures us that someone will come out, to her property to check the car still awaiting the pie in the sky.

Be warned this company is ************ and ********* they tell you to but proudly South African in this case we will never go there again.
