SOUNDTECH (Westgate Mall)

I bought a bluetooth speaker at Westgate Mall branch, I payed R400 but the speaker couldn't charge. I took it back about 2 weeks later, and the dumb looking old guy with the fez that thinks he's a hot shot told me to buy a cable, as it's 7 days over the guarantee (The wrong f***ing cable too). I went back the next day and another sales person told me that 'fez guy' told me to buy the wrong cable. After 3 minute testing, it turns out the proper cable didn't even charge the speaker, so the speaker was just busted altogether. So new 'salesperson' swapped the old speaker for a new speaker. Great! It would have been great, but none of my cables charged up the new swapped out speaker! Now strangely enough, I couldn't find my speaker's receipt, but I was there 3 times before and new 'salesperson' said I can't change **** without the receipt. I thought there were supposed to be copies??? I worked in retail, we had copies on the system. While I was there, a customer walked in with a mobile charging cable that he purchased at that specific Soundtech and he returned it as it was not working. Wow! DO NOT BUY FROM SOUNDTECH! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM SOUNDTECH!
