SOUNDTECH OTTERY CAPE TOWN, *****ING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND REFUSING TO REFUND MORE THAN A MONTH LATER, they tell the customer repeated times to come back to the store, but their bank still has the money and they offering no refund, their manager's all just make empty promises including the store manager, what pathetic service after you paid with your bank card, had to pay again afterwards cash and now they refusing to give a refund and gives the customer the run around.
