Sound tech ripped me off

My son purchased speakers on 03.12.2023 with a set of led head lights. Tt was 6x9's, the speakers are faulty, we called the store and the head office(Akeela) as well. Gareth at the store said he checked the speakers and viewed camera footage. let me tell you how he tested the speakers, bearing in mind there was already music playing off from a subwoofer. he merely touched the 1 speaker with the wire for about 2 seconds to hear if there is sound, thats it. When i spoke with him his feedback was," why did you not ask me to test it for longer than 2 seconds. Really!! When you buy something new, you don't expect it to give problems, so why would you ask to test it for more than 2 seconds. if this is what you call testing then really i will never buy from you again. we have bought so much goods from your stores from games, lights to speakers, and this is the first time we encounted a problem. i dont want the money back, simply take back your defective item and replace. we are honest people and its not right to rip a customer off like this. i have yet to receive feedback from you. i say this again , as per your video footage, your guys tested the speaker by simply touching the wire to it for 2 seconds, there is no way you would have been able to detect a fault. my son wanted to buy a brand speaker bu this guy convince d him to buy the ICE brand for R299.00. Sound Tech, you may sell everything, but dont catch your clients especially if you see its a young boy , coz if i was in the store i would make sure you check it properly and put off the damn subwoofer, so that you can hear the dam thing play
