Pathetic service, no product knowledge

Soundtech N1 city. I bought the camera system and I was told it will work on my mobile says so on the box as well. After I bought it nobody wanted to assist, pathetic service, if you don’t know your product then get a other job. I want someone to call or WhatsApp me on how to get it setup, I tried everything, I have fibre if that’s the issue, I went to the store and I was told to buy a 20m network cable.
