Not happy

To whom it may concern.

I purchased a double din paramont player at your store, I think it was not more than a month ago, I had it in my car. Just the other I was playing music as I was pressing the volume button, the just got stuck " not even a month old" and I only drive my car weekends, so I returned it to the store, but so one of the guys told me its physical damage, so I told him so that means it's not a good product then and he just said if they cant rix it, I have to just take it as it is, which I'm not happy to do because I did not have more than a month , so I don't know how you guys deal with such situations, but I'm not taking that double din back, either you give a different product or make or my money back.
