*** service Soundtech

The worst service ever. I bought a TV box from Soundtech Vangate and the box didn't work correctly. I then called to explain what I am experiencing and the manager told me o bring it in and they would 'fix' the problems. After then trying for almost an hour they could not fix anything and I requested a refund, which the manager was reluctant to do as it was more than 7 days after I bought the item. My argument was I bought an item expecting it to work so I should get what I paid for and they could not give me any confirmation that it would, so the manager gave in and my refund was processed. Due to it being a card purchase, they cashier then put the refund back on my card and I asked how long it would take and she rep****, 2-3 days. It has been almost a week now and still nothing. Called the store many times and got the same bull**** story. I asked that the owner call me and left my details but nothing yet. They sell inferior products and if the product doesn't work you wait for weeks to get a refund. The owner never gets back to you and is a ***ard and *****. I want my money bac****!!!!
