False advertising and bad service!!

So where do i start, you advertised something and then product bought was 2 totally different items. I went back to Soundtech Brackenfell Hyper and the servicr which i just gotten from the store totally totally arrogant and very unwelcome not a sorry anything as i wanted to show the person something he doesnt speak nothing dont want to hear what i have to say just gave me my money back without any word. Im a loyale customer that loves your stores but after this incident and false advertising i will not come back again!!! How can you sell something different than whats advertised!!!
