Fail to honour warranty - Soundtech Brackenfell

I got ********** by Soundtech Brackenfell - bought a “1000w inverter” and it can hardly handle any load. Took it back the next day to swop it for a different unit and they wouldn’t. Asked for a refund and they refused. Apparently the Consumer Protection Act diesn’t apply to them.
