Discrimation to disabled people

I purchased a g4 battery about a week ago from soundteck at the Chatsworth Center but from day one it wasn't working,two days ago I took it back but they blamed my Charing pin but I went somewhere else to try it out not giving them any information about it when the person checked my phone he told me it's my battery so today my husband went back to soundteck on my behalf (because I am disabled) to get another battery from them but the owner chased him out and told him to bring the police if he likes, when my husband came back and told me, I went to soundtech with my proof of purchase and they called me but I refused due to them chasing my husband, I told them that I want a new battery or a refund but the owner was very rude and abrupt and discrimated me because I was disable and then the security guards got involved and asked me to lay a report to center management because it was not fair on a disabled person, I think that soundtech should be investigated on selling of used stuff
