Damages from smash and grab

A couple of weeks ago we bought a brand new car from huyndai the following day we took the car for smash and grab at soundtech when we got the car back the cars windows was full of marks from a blade my mom also saw the guy with a blade in his hand my mom went in to them to report it I also called they then told my mom they fired the guy and will look into it on Saturday they called me back and said they have reviewed the footage and dont see anything wrong on their end I then requested the footage they agree today I called them and they refusing to send it and take accountability for the damages they did to the car after telling my mom they going to get someone to buff it out
