Better your service to your customers.

So i purchased a phone battery at their Ottery Branch. My phone was acting weird and the battery didnt last. It was worse than my old battery. upon calling the store and speaking to the sales person, i was told that they sold me a pirate battery. I asked if i cannot change it and i was told no they dont accept that. This is after barely 2 weeks. purchased battery 05/09/2018. I wouldnt had a problem to pay a difference in cost but i was told no and hardly an explanation. I then said i will be complaining and i was told, yes i may go ahead and complain. Im definitely not coming back to that store and would not recommend it regarding the service received.
