bad service

<p>i spoke to a salesperson at soundtech at vangate mall looking for a pouch for a galaxy tab. the person gave me one and said it might not fit but i can bring in back. on the 7th day i took it back because it didnt fit. part of the cover was covering the letters and my daughter didnt want it. i took it back to the shop. the person would give me a refund as i did not have the small plastic that covers the pouch. i paid R130 for the pouch and reminded him that he said i could bring it back. he insists that the pouch was used but it was not used at all . please can you help me get a refund as they dont have the right pouch. thanks esther</p>
