Bad, pathetic service at Vangate Mall Soundtech

Very bad service.. Misleading coustomers. My husband bought car speakers, no1 told him there was no warranty on the speakers.. After installing it in the car it made funny noises (grens) apparently one is distorted as it states on the slip they wrote out for him. He came to the store advised them of the noise of the speaker.. Kurwyn took the speakers and said he is going to book it in to be sent to the warehouse. This is the SMS received today.. Good Day We are just informing you that, our supplier does not warranty speakers therefore your item could not be repaired and is ready for collection. Regards Soundtech Vangate *** We visited the store and Nikita who assisted said that there is nothing they can do about it and Kurwyn said he just does what the Manager tells him to do even if it is selling broken stuff to the customers. A R700 is no jokes, what should we do with speakers that are faulty. And you know what Nikita even said its fine if you put us on Hello Peter.. Wow Appalling service! Maybe the ombudsman would be able to Help seeing that no1 clearly wants to help us at Vangate Mall Branch!
