Bad cx service, bad quality, and their return policy is against the consumer rights

Soundtech return policy is really bad, twice I had a bad experience with them , and their customer service is really a waste of oxygen and and energy as they would not provide the service that a customer deserves, there's bad cx service and then there's the worse we all make mistakes that is why I still bought there's , after my last altercation I will never , ever buy from them again their quality is so bad they will never provide the cx with the proper info
