Bad customer service

Very bad customer service experience I came and brought in a defective TV a Lexuco 43" smart TV and Netflix does not work on it all the staff saw I then went to the till and they had no cash to refund me the Manager Shané then assured me her boss Ridwaan Khan will EFT my money with in a few hours it's almost COB and I never received anything I would like a compensation from Soundtech as I had to drive their and call after them where as they were suppose to follow up with me as the client they have no customer service relations at all.
