Amplifier problem

I bought a starsound amp 3 months ago when I bridged the sub it goes on protected mode 1st I thought the sub is not compatible because it is a 600 watt so I bought a new sub yesterday of 2000 watt and its still doing the same The warranty shows It must be send in for repairs and u must wait 20 days I dnt think its fair to wait that long
