Registered and paid for item on the website www.spectrasound.co.za. Did not receive goods after being requested to pay additional insurance. Received email following day saying that the courier had an accident and goods where damaged. Repayment would take 24 days to reflect. To date there is no more correspondence, and I expect it's a **** as the sales rep name is Chris Jacobs but a Chinese male answers to the call on your email correspondence.
