Bought item online. Was told item was out of stock and I requested a refund. After numerous emails and 2 months of no refund, I requested they just send me a similar item that was r300 less and gave them a few small items to equal the r300. Two months and two days after my original purchase I received that item minus the smaller items for 300. And it came with a remote that doesn’t work but I can’t even be bothered to deal with them anymore. Do yourself a favour and get your item from a different store. While waiting for the refund I was searching for other stores to buy from once money arrived and I found like 5 of them. I am certain that any of those stores would have been better than this one. As a previous reviewer had the same experience... dealing with jade (who was at least friendly) and Hayley who didn’t respond to any of the emails.
