Worse client service

They send me the wrong items and then want me to drive 110 km to exchange it. There salesman don’t know the difference between a speaker and a floor monitor and then just say we must use the speakers as monitors. They said they will give me an answer in ten minutes but did not even phone me back. I could make that decision in five minutes.
