Will never do business with them again! First I asked for a quote with shipping. Stock was available, After the quote was approved by FinCom (Due to being slightly cheaper than the competitor) and payment made, they hit me with a "shipping was not include and will be R250 extra". Now you are more expensive than the competitor but I already made the initial payment so I was not going to try and get my money back. Had to make an additional payment. 2. 3 Days later I asked for an update and was told that they did not have stock but it would be send through ASAP. 3. Item arrives, no Invoice. 4. Requested Invoice. No response. 5. Requested invoices the next day, no response. 6. Send email via Info@soundselect, and directly to dylan@soundselect for invoice - No response. 7. Next day Sends whatsapp to : ********** left blueticked. 8. Contacted the Johannesburg branch and they have no Idea on how to give me an invoice. Tried their "live support", no response. 9. DAY 7 of asking for an invoice and finally received
