Website Advertising Doesn’t Match In-Store Stock

I recently visited Sound Select to buy speaker cable that was advertised on their website. When I got there, the cable wasn’t in stock, and I learned they don’t keep stock themselves—they only order items after you place an order. This was a bit inconvenient since I had made a special trip to their store. It would help if their website clearly explained this ordering process to avoid any confusion.

After reading other reviews on Hello Peter, I see that this isn’t an isolated issue, and several customers have had similar experiences. It would be great to see Sound Select improve their communication and stock management. Overall, I was hoping for a smoother experience, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations.
