Vonix Speakers

I bought Vonix speaker set (*** and ***) on the 25th November 2015. I had them for one week and they broke i.e. one speak does not produce the sound/audio. I informed the supplier and took it back to them on the 10th December 2015. Since then the speakers are with them, they are refusing to swap/exchange them for me, instead they want me to pay to have them fixed.<br> I am completely disappointed about such shocking service experience. I feel that I paid the supplier for nothing, they did not refund me or give me voucher to pick something else. this Vonix is such a poor quality brand...did not last more than a week. I spoke to the manager and/or owner Rogerio ***) and he promised to call but he never called me even once.
