VERY DISSAPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I ordered and paid for a Beamz Showbar R 8150.00 including R 250.00 courier cost from GP to KZN on 22/8/2021 via their on-line facility. I've ordered this light for a wedding that I will be having in the Midlands on the 28/8/2021. I had to phone and follow up on this order and to date haven't received it!!!!!

Had I known what I know now, I would have ordered this item from Bounce-online for R 8250.00 it was R 100.00 more expensive and no additional courier costs which they offer for free. I would have had this item delivered to me by the latest Wednesday 25/8/2021. I guess as the adage goes "you get what you pay for"!

Worst of all is that this reminds me of my on-line experience with A1 sound recently as well. If you want to order DJ equipment on line I HIGHLY recommend "Bounce on-line" or "TOMS" which is also based in JHB/GP.

You don't have to follow up on your orders, you get notified of your order progress, delivery date and tracking number. Why should I the customer have to follow-up on orders?

In comparison, I also placed an order for a variety of items with TOMS the same day and the goods was delivered on 25/8/2021 via the Courier Guy. I won't be buying my DJ equipment from this shop anytime soon again. Sound Select you have let me down BIG TIME!!!!

I was phoned by Ronny one of the sales persons that I was in contact with and was advised whilst typing this review that the item will only be delivered on 30/8/2021 VERY, VERY disappointing!!!!!!!
