Terrible service!

Guys, please don't purchase anything from this company. Terrible terrible service! I bought a 18" woofer 3weeks ago. With arrival there was already something loose on the inside. I tried sending it back. It took a week for collection. Instead of exchanging it, they sent it for repairs. Mind you, it was a "brand new" item. After mailing them numerous times, they got back to me only after 2weeks. And i had to accept a brand new repaired woofer. Does that make sense? I didn't argue, i just accepted. Besides, the salesperson Elijah won't even return your calls. Sometimes their items are cheaper than others, i don't dispute that. But be safe peeps. This company is not handling their customers or items with care. MAiNO
