terrible service

I ordered a midi controller from them on the 3rd of july. Salesman noel called me and said that its the last 1. So i made payment immediately. Said i would receive in 3 days. After 4 days i called back he said they had to look for and he found it and he will send it. After 4 days nothing. After getting no replies from email i called again. And he said they had to get it from cpt but now its with him and hel send it. I will get it by friday. On monday i called yet again. He came up with another excuse that he thought i had received it. He gave me a tracking number. When i tracked it. It said its been delivered in cpt when im in dbn. When he checked again he said il receive it by tuesday. On wednesday i called back and asked to speak to the manager who wasnt available so i spoke to assistant manager luke. Who said that the guy was new and he getting used to the system and i must understand. He said all is in order he will put it on tue truck that same day and give me the tracking number and il receive it by thursday. Well today is thursday and no item and still no tracking number.!!! Full on nonsense. Will never buy again. Or recommend.
