Still waiting for Refund,- for out of stock items.

I purchased 2 music stands online, #*** , on the 18 December 2022 . I was told didn't have stock and I would be refunded. Todate I have not been refunded, oine week later. terrible service, I'm still waiting for my money. I will escalate this to the ombudsman, if my money is not received.
