STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND........................

I purchased Speakers and mixer online, #********** , on the 16 August 2023 . I was told that the mixer is out of stock, and I immediately cancelled the order for me to be refunded and i submitted all the necessary documents they requested for a refund. To date I have not been refunded, i also send several emails to a lady by the name of Janine regarding my refund she never bother to respond to my emails and i also called her on the 29 august she promised to get back to me for feedback till today i am still waiting for her response. I did call their admin today again they referred me to their sales manager whom explained everything to him terrible and he said he is putting me through to a person who is going to help the phone was on music for almost 30min and he never get back to me. Terrible Service, I'm still waiting for my money. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY..................
