Soundselect Theft

slow, staff members shout at you and hang up, and the manager is always in a "meeting" and will NEVER call the customer back. Avoid the unprofessionalism, theft and shop else where so you don't get ****med.

I originally ordered and paid for a speaker, waited the 3-5 days for delivery. 10 days later, no delivery and I had to follow up. They then informed me another 3 days later that the product is no longer available but they will send me a cheaper product. They ask for your banking details to refund you and never do.

I have 28 emails on thread to staff and call everyday to talk to the manager, and I get sent in circles, with promises that I will get paid, the manager will call me back and this issue will be resolved. This has been going on for 2,5 months!

Sound Select owes me money! Please do not purchase from this company.
