SoundSelect terrible service

On the 6th of November i ordered the Behringer QX1204 mixer, Paid for it on the 6th as well via eft. the payment was confirmed by Jade van Staden. i was assured that will receive the product on the 11 of November 2019. on the 12th i sent a asking fir an update on the order, i only get a response regarding this the following day, Jade tells me that she was away on leave and this should have been sent already, i should jsut give her some time to find out what is going on. on the 15th i send yet another mail, asking about the status. an hour after i sent my mail Jade tells me that they have been dropped by their supplier behringer. they dont have stock of this item, 5 days later and i still dont have my refund,

FROM DATE OF PURCHASE ITS BEEN 14 DAYS. TOOK THEM 10 DAYS TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE STOCK OF THE ITEM,

I urge anyone who is thinking of purchasing from SoundSelect, rather try AudioMart.co.za
