Sound select dishonest and unreliable service

I took my speakers in and had them repaired for R2400 and I got them back without checking them and when I checked them a week later they not working. I contacted the person who had coordinated the repair via WhatsApp and told him and he said should bring them back in. I took them back a few weeks later and he still insisted they were repaired. When I asked to speak to his manager he refused. I eventually got hold of the manager and she agreed to investigate and call me back… this after leaving several messages … I asked her to simply open the speakers and check if new parts had been put in. She neither called me back or followed up. It has now been a few months and I have had no response.

I have decided to write off my monitors and write here that this company is a dishonest and unreliable. They are not customer centric. They lie and have no sense of doing what is right. Please avoid using them at all costs.
