Runaround for refund

Bought a sub woofer on their site. Made payment. And then they let me know they did not have stock. They offered me a replacement that was weaker than the one I had paid for as if they were doing me a favour. When I found the sub I was looking for elsewhere at a lower price, I asked for a refund from sound select. That was 3 weeks ago. I have been promised on several occasions that refund would be processed but apparently the boss who sits in Cape Town is unable to approve because he is always traveling or sick according to his staff. I have even spoken to his PA who said she would follow up and let me know. Nothing happened there either. Judging from all the complaints for similar issues, it seems Sound Select are quick to take your money whether or not they can supply the goods. They seem to be reluctant to refund clients even when the fault is theirs. Would not recommend doing business with this supplier ever. There are alternative suppliers who are far more professional and ethical.
