Refund withholding

I bought a product from their website. The store manager phoned me and told me the item was not in stock and they cannot source one. I asked for a refund. This was more than two weeks ago. I have since called almost everyday to follow up. They say they have escalated it to the highest level and still nothing. This was right before x-mas too so they really just don't care about customers. I still don't have my money back and I am seriously considering going to press ******** charges now. Keep away from this business.
